Personal PP works Fine but Business PP always limit
 

When ever I create a Stealth PP It works fine, but I noticed my bank have issue with the name on PP not matching. On the other hand they don't have an issue coming from a business PP account. My personal pp Stealth accounts works fine when I set up. But when I try to create a business pp it always gets limits and ask for verification paper work. I following the exact procedure from the personal and continuously can't get a good business pp. What could be causing that?

Not sure, have you tried creating a personal one then upgrading to business?

Business PayPal's are always subject to a lot more scrutiny, having paperwork in hand for these accounts is needed.

Running your business from a personal PayPal should be fine

what bank you withdrawing funds to?

banks I use are ally, capital one, nationwide, td and national bank of omaha
