Any update on PP microdeposit withdrawals for Chase?
 

Apologies if this has been covered, but I couldn't find any threads newer than 2012.

Just created a new Chase checking account to attach to a PP account I purchased in the Marketplace here so I could withdraw PP funds. The PP page where I enter info about attaching a bank account mentions they will withdraw the microdeposits after making them.

I saw a bunch of info on this from 2012 threads and people were nervous since this would reveal your bank account's name to PP. Has this caused any problems long-term? What to do? I haven't finished the attachment process yet since I don't want to burn the bank account.

i dont think it reveals your name or anything else to paypal when they w/d the micros. i think it will just be rejected sometimes if there's a name mismatch, and sometimes it wont, depends on the bank i suppose. if it's rejected they remove the bank from your paypal a couple days later.
