Paypal not allowing me to make purchases with any of my Paypal accounts??
 

This is so strange... suddenly I am unable to make purchases with ANY of my Paypal accounts... & I have about 10 of them!! Paypal keeps declining the purchases. Calling is no help.. :[ Does anyone know what is going on? I have tried everything! Waiting 24 hours, clearing cookies, I even called Paypal a few times...

Has this on multiple accounts in the UK as well. We cannot process your request etc

Usually Sundays are the worst times for Paypal because of maintenance. Wait till Monday.

How long has this been going on for? What kind of purchases? What amounts are involved? Funds been sitting in the account for awhile or just received?

Purchases with Walmart & Target.. around $200, funds in the account for a few days, been going on for about a week.

Sounds like a 'soft' limit on the accounts.
And if this is the case with all of your accounts then they have most likely all been linked - which is going to be a serious issue for you to resolve...
Any idea how you could have been linked?

Making purchases on Walmart will only work for so long. Would not recommend.

OP is stating he cannot make the purchases period - has nothing to do with Walmart apparently (although they are known to be a difficult entity to work with when it comes to paypal payments). Paypal will not allow the sending of the payment to begin with.

I am almost 100% sure you are correct. All of the accounts (except one) are under the same name. That's usually not a problem if it's a common name but there were probably other things that contributed like similar transactions.

Ouch yeah, would recommend starting a new batch of stealth accounts in case these all go down under

the strange thing is that I have been cashing out using this method for about 5 months without 1 problem and suddenly I cannot do it AT ALL anymore.

5 months is not very long in this business.
You need to think LOOOOOONG term in this game.
Start over fresh and this time make sure to keep everything different - including the name.

I've been having an issue recently with one of my accounts where I cannot send money. I get some sort of error message like "cannot be processed at this time please call ... If the issues continues to happen." Yet I can withdraw just fine.

I get this lots, I then try and buy a 99p item then try again later and works sometimes

Do you know if your CC's are verified? You can check this by going to your wallet

I don't know, but on a brand new account, I made a direct purchase and it seems to have gone through.

Found a workaround for the mean time. Seller sent me an invoice and I payed that way. Also I'm waiting to verify my cc with the code on this particular account that could be why. Thanks

I sent a $200 payment yesterday to a merchant on an account that was 3 days old and it went through.
