Adding a Bank Account USA from a Canada(Paypal)
 

I am need of some advice. I have a Canadian Paypal Account(stealth) . I would like to add my real Bank account from the USA. When I did it the First time I clicked Add bank account, added the name of the USA bank account, the routing number and and account number. The next thing that paypal said was " to confirm you identity we need to call you". However, on the paypal account I had the wrong number. So I pressed canceled. I went to setting and changed that number to my new prepaid cell (USA) phone number. When I tried adding the bank account again. Now I get a message that say We can not add your bank at this time. . It seems to me it was going to let me go through the first time, but because I pressed cancel it did something.

My question is how can I get around this problem. Second does the paypal security reset after a couple of days so that I can try this again.
