For anyone who is having a problem sending funds & making purchases

It's the bank account you have attached to you Paypal account. If you have a prepaid card (Metabank, Bancorp.com, etc..) attached to your Paypal account Paypal will not allow you to make purchases.

Not true. I Was having issues with a major bank attached.

Yeah it varies its not only limited to those types of bank but using a real bank can def give you more favorable odds

No, it's the fact that you keep doing risky practices like buying things at retail stores with Paypal then returning the items for cash.

can you deposit money from your paypal to your paypal/bancorp prepaid bank if the name is off a little bit like the paypal is under danny sanchez and the paypal prepaid is under daniel lopez?
