Removed Listing - Trademark Violation "VeRo"

Created a new stealth account, had several listings running (0 feedback), decided to list a piece of jewellery. Boom, trademark violation.

I got a few things sitting around that I want to sell, but didn't want to jeopardize my other accounts with any brand named items.

Got a technique? Assuming there is a standard, how old of acc. or # of feedbacks.

Any tips help.

Jewelry would be high risk for a new account I would guess. Especially if you list it as real gold/silver/gem or whatever.

Anything with a name can be taken down with VERO.

You need to start with unbranded items to build credibility. I wouldn't consider anything branded until you have at least 10 feedback and the 21 day holds are off your account.

In the past I have waited until I am a powerseller.

Any account can be hit with a vero, stay away from any that are known for policing ebay strictly. Its the easiest way to lose an account. Its a serious violation.
