will new paypal be suspended if i use on same ebay ?
 

only have 1 ebay account

(1) i had an old paypal suspended
(2) made a new one paypal (same card, same ip, same cookies, same address) used for 8+ months till someone refunded $1,200 payment, than it got linked and suspended
(3) made new paypal (new card, name, cookies, ip) but had some thing shipped to same address...linked and suspended now (lasted 2 days lol)
(4) have made me a new account now (friend made me account, i ship to his house, his card, his infos, etc.). so far good, was able to buy. if i use his paypal on my ebay...will it link and suspend his paypal?

ebay tells me if my paypal was suspended i can use friends paypal on my ebay and it won't cause problem...don't trust them

Chances are that yes, you're going to have problems.

Best to start off fresh with completely a completely new stealth that isn't linked to any of your other accounts and start to build up that account. You need to use all new information and not reuse anything.

As plumsake stated, you need fresh info that cannot link to an old account. The ebay that was once attached to that suspended paypal account is a link. It may not happen immediately, but it will happen eventually.

From my experience. The main thing that matters with paypal is IP address. No cookies no nothing. Clear your cookies yes but i realise proxies are no good. Once they can link the name to public records and verify that name to address it matters not when you create and use it

As most have already stated, never a good idea to create a link between your ebay and paypal accounts. New everything, both eBay and paypal, is the only way to go to try and survive accounts. No guarantees even then, naturally, however, it IS very likely that any new paypal attached to your old eBay account will get shut down

New to old, old to new, never ever works, will always get caught when you least expect it.Everything has to be 100% new and fresh,it is the only way to have a chance of making money selling on EBay/PayPal.
