Has PayPal been acting weird for you?

I've been trying to make an account all day. Every time I try and create an account I keep getting "Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service." I switched from Google Chrome to Firefox and it seems to be working just fine now. Any of you ever have this problem before?

I was able to create my account but now its saying "Some information you entered isn't right." Bahhh...
