If I want to create Israeli PayPal to my friend under stealth info, where can I get gift card that will be pass Israeli PayPal ?

Is there Israeli website that well them online ?

I believe the Israeli post office sells a prepaid gift card which can be used for this purpose. At least they did when I was there a few years back.
I don't believe they support any sort of AVS over there so that's not an issue.

If Israeli PPs can be verified by CC, then Entropay or a VCC from the forum will do the job

If you are hoping to withdraw also, then perhaps the post office card or another option

Can't PayPal have way to check if the card I'm using (Entro pay for example) is with the same address of the PayPal account in Israel ?

Entropay cards work good to open PayPal account on any country ?

They are good for most countries, although problems reported in Oz.

No you can use any name and address and it works

Do you save the card on Entropay after you create PayPal account or you can delete it after you create it ?

You can delete it but then you wont be able to use the card on your account to pay fees/make purchases...why delete?

In my entropay account I can have maximum 5 Entropay cards at the same time so if I need to create all the time another PayPal account I will need to delete existing cards.

If I want to create Amazon stealth account, Entropay will be good as well ?
In Amazon will I need to keep the card or I can also delete it ?

Hi, I am an Israeli and I recommend getting a VCC from xenix on the forums. (I think that's how you spell his name).

You can get a prepaid visa card at the post office in here, too.

I go for the VCC option. It's your call.

I delete cards sometimes after verification because I don't want too many Entro cards
