New Account - Can't get around last 4 of social popup?
 

Hey guys, just made a new account on PayPal and it is popping up with the box to enter the last 4 of my social and a DOB.

This is a stealth so obviously I don't have that information.

Anyway, normally I just reload the page and it works, however, no matter what I try I can't get around this popup now?

Anyone else?

Have you changed your methods etc?

Is there a paypal attached to the new account?

What method are you using to connect to the Internet? I have seen this before but a lot of it happens to do with people using VPN's which can cause a lot of problems.

Please create personal accounts to avoid this

I'm not using a vpn, just changing my IP with every new account. Had no problems in past, I would just x out and reopen paypal.com or refresh and it would work.

As for using personal, I thought business was the best way to go to prevent issues?

Often times if you start off by creating a business Paypal then you'll get asked those questions.

If you really want a business Paypal account then that's fine, but you should always create a personal one first, then you can update to a business account at any time in the future without having to deal with that message.

I would start over fresh with new accounts.
