Confused..
 

Hello. I want to create a stealth ebay and paypal account, I had one ebay account blocked last year, but I've opened a new ebay account with my old confirmed paypal account, but customers pay to another paypal account, tho' I pay ebay fees with my confirmed paypal account. So..
I want to create more eay and paypal accounts but I don't understand how to confirm and verify my new paypal account correctly:
- If I get a new Visa card from a bank in my town and confirm it and verify it on my new paypal account - will I have trouble or limits? I've read that paypal sees my name and other info from my card
- What do I need a virtual visa card for? Ebay fees or?
Lots of info on the forum and got a bit confused, hope to get some answers, thanks :yar:

Paypal cannot see your name from the card unless you give it to them...

That meens I can open a card in a bank in my country but provide them only the 16 digit number and set other name in my account? They will not see my real name from my card? Ex.: I set the name in my PayPal account Jessica Alba, but my real name on the credit card is Will Smith.
Will this work and I won't get blocked on PayPal? And the account will be verified and confirmed?

Yes it will work, the only thing that has to match is the zip code on both the account adress and the card

They won't see your name. You can also use a virtual credit card to verify your account.
