PayPal "Bill Me Later": What are your through ?

I was just looking at PayPal Bill Me Later, however never had an actual experience with such feature.
It looks very promising, and might increase sales.

Whoever used it, can you please share your through (Pros and Cons) ?

In the US, it requires legit information and SSN.....Not sure about Canada.

I just looked it up. It's not yet available in Canada. :(
