no more phone verifications?
 

has anyone else noticed this? I used to get a 'we dont recognize the device you are using' message whenever I need to withdraw money, etc. None of my accounts have been getting this anymore. it's nice not having to constantly put money on tracfones just to have access to my funds. This has been for the last week, I hope they don't fix it. Anyone else seen this happening?

I havent seen it in a while as well but I wouldnt get too comfortable, what if it pops up randomly should always keep the number active

And the day you stop putting funds on your phones...is the day they start doing the phone verification.

keeping cookies in place was never the issue. I keep the same unique IP for every account, and separate windows accounts for each stealth account. So always the same IP, always the same cookies. the issues were with using prepaid cards instead of real banks. using a real bank never prompted a phone verification, but using a prepaid bank account I had to receive a phone call every time I withdrew money. This usually continues until the account is about 3 months old, I guess you are trusted after your 90 day probation or whatever.

I have plenty of cookies and although I definitely don't get this as much as I did, it has been popping up more so recently.

Confirm if all your transactions are off ebay?

If paypal's systems perceive no safety, then the account will be treated differently.

That makes sense for the most part. Just bought something off Ebay and went to pay and I got this verification again.

I wouldnt trust it. Things get harder, not easier. And if they are stopping the phone verification then what are they replacing it with or was it just a long ass glitch?
