hi vbas are not available for uk as far as im aware / but there just used for verification mainly / like temporary banks

Because in UK it takes 7 days for card to come, that time is valuable, If I could do something temporary that would be great

VBAs are virtual bank account - used to verify Paypals but not to withdraw to. Unfortunately, they don't work for PP UK yet

You will need to move to the USA to make use of vba's.
Not around in the UK .
Bear in mind, that after you have made an account at your 1st bank, you can then make them online ( in most instances) without a long wait.

VBAs just verify Paypal accounts in USA, in many countries you can verify with most prepaid cards
