PayPal Payment Status says Complete? No funds yet?

So when a PayPal Payment Status goes from Pending to Complete does that mean the funds should be in my bank account by now or does it mean my bank is barely starting to process my withdrawal to my bank account? How long after a payment status goes complete does it take to reach a bank account?

How long has been since it showed completed? What bank is it?

Completed means its on its way. However , some banks will receive the funds within seconds , others may take hours and if Paypal decide to do additional security it could take the full 72 hours.
Don't panic until 72 hours have passed.
Delays can occur even if previous withdrawals were quick to appear and you might even make a new withdrawal now that might show in your bank before the one that is delayed
