Is their some options for free online VBA that I can use to add to paypal and deposit to? Any that will work if the name and address won't match?

VBA stands for Virtual Bank Account....which are sold on the forum and are only used to Verify your Paypal.

Now, what your asking is a Prepaid Card such as Metabank, There were a few that worked but not many are left or if any at all......

I have a VCC I need a bank where I can make accounts as needed to verify and or deposit from paypal to. I am not sure I am explaining well enough.

There are plenty of banks out there that you can open an account with to get your account verified and then use to withdraw your funds to. There are several threads discussing which banks are good for stealth purposes so do your research.
Note that you will need your real info (including SSN) in order to open these accounts.

Best thing to do if just open an actual bank account. Make sure you use your real details to open these bank accounts

Yes, I completely know what your asking for....and the answer is No. As slokor mentioned....there are a lot of banks that work with Stealth, open bank accounts with those that work with Stealth.

What section on here has a list of accounts that I can open online? I find WAMU and entropay

Entropay is not a bank.....use the search function and perhaps use the term "Banks" and see what you get. Bank of America, PNC, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank are a few that work.....There are literally hundreds of threads on what banks work.

All banks will allow you to open an account online.
You just need to wait for the mail with your login info.
Are you sure youre asking the right questions? cause I have a feel youre looking for something a tad more shady...

He's looking for accounts like RushCard and similar accounts, 99% of those don't work but people insist on finding one that works.....I feel like a broken record, repeating the same over and over and some how it isn't being heard.

For bank accounts you mean? Those aren't bank accounts...

Yes, I am looking for bank accounts that I can open online. They will give me details while I wait for mailed info and I can deposit to it from paypal that is my stealth account.

Just about every bank allows you to open an account online. Last time I actually walked into a branch to open an account was when I was 15.

Though they may or may not display account numbers right away, depending on the bank. As been mentioned, just use the search feature and I can guarantee hundreds of similar topics will pop up about which banks work best.
