Case of pp seller hypocrisy sickens me
 

So heres what happen. Purchased something with PP through w a l m a rt.
it shows item was never was even shipped out EVER. After contacting them to refund me or send me my item they kept delaying giving me my refund. So I filed a claim through pp against them.

I opened not received case. then walmrt responds by posting a tracking number with no numbers(yes you read that correctly). So im thinking to myself I should win this case easily especially after I called pp myself to explain to them as well. Well 1 day later the case closes and it says Walmrt won!!!

I lost the case even tho they didn't even upload a tracking and it shows on their side they never even shipped out the item. I MEAN COME ON PEOPLE.

I ended up calling walmrt again tho and they saw it really was never shipped out and they finally did give me a refund tho from their end, after I finally got to speak to someone that wasn't a complete moron:nono:

Yeah, noone would investigate claims against such a big company. It is regular at PP.

How???????? There was just a notice that walmart posted a tracking number, but a blank space??

yes EXACTLY, it was so weird. and then it wouldn't let me respond to the case after that even tho the status of the case stated I needed to respond.

I understand bigger companies need a little more protection since there are lots of scammers trying to get them out there but come on this was just blatantly wrong!

I bought something from Walmart. The item never tracked either so they sent me a replacement but a few weeks later the item that never tracked showed up to.. Haha

That's one case where PayPal actually needs the sellers business, getting on a billion dollar chain like Walmart is something PayPal does not want to lose, so they operate on all different rules
