Expired Credit Card on PP = Limited Account?
 

I just accessed some of my old eBay/PayPal stealth accounts from last year & completely forgot about the credit cards expiring, therefore, when I logged into PayPal my accounts have been limited?

Will updating the credit card resolve this issue?

Usually, yes, if that is the only issue. Check your emails for any notifications from PayPal. When they limit your account, they normally send an email telling you what you need to do to resolve the limitation. Expired credit cards are not a serious issue.

Go to the resolution center on paypal and see what kind of stuff they want before lifting the limits

I have an issue of an expired vcc on my paypal. I added another card, but
didn't remove the one that was expired. Few days ago i tried to send money
for a service and I got the message "Sorry, please try again later".
So I can't send money from my pp account.
I have a feeling it has to do with the expired virtual visa since there was nothing else going on.
I was able to withdraw money to my bank account without any issue.
not sure what causing it. If anyone knows.. By the way, I removed the expired card from my pp.
