Adding a bank to paypal

I am trying to ad my brand new current account to my 3 month old paypal, it is a Anglo Irish Bank account neve used and i keep getting the error message of ' we cannot proceed with your request right now, try again later'

What should i do?

Give it 24 hours and try again.

If that fails it may be that you need to ring PayPal on this one.

Try a different browser perhaps as well
