Problem Adding Bank Account
 

Hi Everyone,

I am having a problem adding my "Regions LifeGreen eAccess Account"

i waited 2 days for the funds to be deposited so i can verify, then i get a message from Paypal saying the funds could not be deposited, I added the correct routing number and bank account number. I then tried to readd it and i get a message saying bank account disabled.

I then opened another checking account and i get a message that says:

Temporarily unable to load page.

This may be due to temporary problems with our servers, or you may have been disconnected from the Internet. If you're connected to the Internet, try reloading the page at a later time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

should i call paypal and ask them to fix this?

Sounds like it would be the only way to fix things.
I had an issue with an account awhile back (different bank) and when I called in it was a simple matter to reattach it properly.
Make sure you have all the info for the account in front of you when you call.

Just have all of your ducks in a row and call PayPal. You don't want to keep burning bank accounts if you can avoid it. MAKE SURE you use your stealth number to call! If you cannot make outgoing calls on that number, then I suggest using the SpoofCard.

does it have to be the same number or the same area code?

I used a different number with the same area code as my stealth Paypal on a previous Paypal Account and i had no problem at all.

I called Paypal and they said they were having problems as they are upgrading there servers. the lady on the phone then asked if i wanted to add the bank account over the phone, i said yes, then she asked for the last 4 digits of my social, so i acted like i had a bad connection and hung up, i guess i will wait it out and try next week to add the bank account.

I had this issue also (UK) and phoned them, firstly, there was an automated option which I used, but that couldnt add the bank account either, then spoke to a rep who searched (thinking the bank account must already be registered on another account) and it wasnt, so he just manually added the bank account. Had to phone back again after trying to confirm the bank account gave an identical problem, again, it was manually done by the rep

I am wondering if they will ask for the last 4 digits of my social if i try calling again?

To add bank account over phone, they will ask you database questions for sure.

well this figures, other people are having problems linking there bank accounts.

Try adding the bank in Classic Mode.

May I know how to add with classic mode? I clicked classic and did not find the place to add bank account.

I am having the same issue with real BOA acct and tried that and still doesn't add.

Click on Wallet, then bottom left, click Classic Mode, then My Money, then there is a section that says Bank Accounts. Click on Update.

I tried both versions and ended up with error message that says "this account needs further review so please call us"...I've used it for several months with no issues.
In looking further on PP site, under adding bank account it says name on account must match name on PP account....

anybody else have suggestions...this is obviously a major problem!

Hi, I've been trying to add an bank account to my paypal stealth accounts and it keep getting the "cannot add bank account at this time" error message. I tried using Bank of America today and the same time happened. So far in have burned through 3 bank accounts. I'm can't figure out what the problem is. If someone have any other suggestions please share.
