Limited account, forgot the birthday on the account
 

Ok, So I created a paypal account and it got limited last year with ~$1500 in it.

Problem is, i 'forgot' the birthday on the account :(

Anyone have any ideas or tricks/tips to get the birthday?

Have a look on the email account you made at the same time. Generally the same DOB is used

sometimes you can view it when you upgrade personal to business accounts in paypal, as it is displayed when you updating the details. it just depends on what version of paypal you have

Hi,
You need to call PayPal and tell them that you 'forgot' your D.O.B.
They will most likely ask you to send some documents to prove that though.

Seems like that may raise an eyebrow at PayPal... You remember your password but forgot your DOB?

Exactly. Had same issues and always check my emails.
Dates are same, so should work for most of us

How much risk do you think is associated with something calling when they don't know their own DOB? umad?

It is not a bad idea to tell them that you accidentally out the wrong date of birth.
I am saying this cuz I was in the same scenario 3 times, they asked me for documents to back it up and so I did and everything was fine.

Problem i used an old email i already had :(

I'm also way to scared to ask paypal for my own DOB lol.

You know.....they have invented many, many methods to record words, letters. I can't see how one could not keep a record of all vital information. Just to list a few:
1. Wordpad
2. Word
3. Notepad
4. Paper
5. Excel spreadsheet

Before even making an account, I have all details planned and typed out on a simple Notepad document. As I create the password and little account details, I add the info and save it. I have one for each account, along with necessary account creation links such as withdrawal limit lift, ebay sellers account, etc. I recommend doing this so all the information you need is already right in front of your face in one document if you ever need to call paypal.

Since that account, I have done exactly this with a spreadsheet. I learned my lesson lol.
