Wanted to purchase gift card code from my paypal stealth since my own paypal is banned. What to purchase using my name and address through ebay for purchasing something. Can ebay track codes

Not sure what your talking about when you say "code", what are you referring too?

you purchase and you put your name and name your sending to and their email and they get a code to use for ebay purchases etc.

You can buy these for yourself as well and you don't need to put your name on them.
I bought a couple of these for myself without any issue.
Don't know how effective this would be as a long term cashing out method - Im sure paypal and ebay are monitoring their sales through this venue very closely to prevent that.
