how to withdrawl paypal funds
 

I have a stealth account. I need to get the funds out on a regular basis. The paypal and ebay account are about 6 months old. I used to be able to cash out visa gift cards I would buy but now I cant. They stopped working meaning the place I use to go to doesn't have the means to do it. I cant send the funds to a bank account cuz everytime I try my paypal account says I cant add a bank account at the moment. Now with that said how can I get o hold of the funds in my paypal? I was thinking of either buying bit coins with the visa gift cards or adding funds to some online casino then cashing out? what do you guys think?

Have you tried adding a different bank account OR have you tried adding a bank account in classic mode?

The easiest way to withdraw from stealth is using a bank account. Now, if you have access to the address associated with it, you can buy goods to cashout. Hassle-full cashout but still better than nothing.

I tried using multiple bank account but paypal must have this new thing were if they suspect you of creating a stealth account they don't allow you adding a bank account. What are some good ideas? What about casinos. Maybe add money from the gift cards to an account, play a little then cash out.
