Hi, ive created a stealth paypal, i was wondering if someone sent me money via goods or family, will it be held ?

Payment as a gift is dangerous, especially for a newly created account. I'd rather wait 21 days than 180. Well, it's not really 21 days. If you mark it as processed then the fund will be available within a week.

Yes getting cash as a gift isn't the safest idea for a fresh new account.
