PayPal Access Card - Advice

Paypal access card seems to be like a VIP only thing - luckily I have received mine recently.

Using it to make purchases, would it require me to make sure I am using unique IP addresses like a stealth, or since its basically a debit card, paypal may not pick up on such nitty gritty stuff?

Any further advice from any wise users?

Im thinking the answer is no since it will be the merchant sending the info through the debit card so it will their IP showing anyway.
But Im also thinking - why take a chance? if you can use the proper IP address id go ahead and use just to be extra safe.
