Withdraw money to my Deb card, it shows "Complete" but funds are not there?

Hello everything,

I withdraw money to my deb card from my PP account 5 days ago, it shows complete on PayPal but the funds are not there, maybe something is not right ? or I just should wait longer?

Have you talked to the debit card issuer?

Which debit card? Could have been rejected...hopefully not but you need to clarify
