I never get suspended on Paypal :S

Is it abnormal that I never get suspended by Paypal? but every now and then one of my ebay accounts will get slammed by ebay (usually when I sell too much too quick). Or is this the case with everyone else?

Some people loose a lot of eBay accounts others loose a lot of PayPal accounts. All comes down to which platform sees you as more risky. Personally I run into more issues with eBay and very rarely have issues with PayPal

I've never had a problem with the PP end, always the EB part, I keep them active and use them for other sites and to accept funds from off-platform sales.
