Paypal ask for Tax ID numer
 

I just email from Paypal asking for my steal account tax ID number due to new IRS rules. Your tax ID number is one of these:
-Your Social Security number
-Your Individual Tax identification Number
- Your Employer identification Number

As I know this Tax ID for America? But I am canadian must provide too?
If this account is stealth account how can I provide as Paypal asking?

Please kindly everybody who know about this or have an experience please advice..

You need to incorporate within a State in the United States and you will receive an EIN Tax ID NUMBER , if you are doing business in the U.S. U need to pay taxes since u have a U.S. account

Is your pp US based or Canadian based?

From what youre saying it comes across that your paypal account is a US based stealth account. If it was Canadian they wouldnt be asking for this. So that answers why theyre asking for it. You need to remember that youre using a stealth account after all and that account is subject to the rules of the country it is based in - in this case US.
To overcome this situation youll need an EIN. That's pretty much your only option.
Might be a problem getting one of those since youre not a US citizen but I believe there are options available.

You can form a corporation in the U.S. Without being a citizen, I'm sure there are other steps to take but it's possible and you will receive a tax ID after incorporating and be able to use that to fulfill the requirement
