example, Mr J has 10pp accounts and he doesn't want to withdraw into 10 banks in order to make taxation much easier for himself and his company, amongst many other things.

Could Mr J create website with a merchant accnt that processes pp on his behalf and is a completely external payment processor and merchant all in one, and then use his 10 pp account to make self purchases in order to simplify his life and achieve his goals :)

A is this possible?
B if one pp gets limited is it likely the others will too?

Use the merchant account to process real transactions from real paypal accounts holder too to minimize the risk. If your merchant account strictly only process those 10 paypal accounts, you're busted already.

I dont fully understand how I can do that? I am talking about using a completely different payment merchant from paypal to process payments from 10pp on a single website.

Maybe setup a real online store that accept paypal payment through that merchant account. I don't know, it could be anything, just be creative.

Ok cheers bud I kindo get it, that is what I sort of planned unfortunately I cant sell the actual good on my website for reasons, so it will be complicated.

But why do you think the 10pp would all be linked and fall like dominos? I didnt think they can be linked just because they make outgoing payments to same external merchant?

That's just my humble projection of paypal perspective. What kind of merchant that survived by just doing a business with 10 customers?
