eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - I want to create a new Paypal

Hi Fellas, Sorry to bother you..

I need your suggestion. I want to create a new Paypal except USA to which I can easily attach VBA and VCC..

I contacted few of them, they said, we support only USA VBA...

Welcome, you need to read ebay stealth first of all, you have to be aware, if you create a USA account you may end up getting asked for EIN and SEN i think, not 100% sure

Thanks for the suggestion but this is the reason I hate and would not recommend USA PayPal.. I am asking for other then USA. Please suggest

Just to be clear...

Your looking to start a Non-US PayPal account that you can add a VBA to?

If that is the case I am afraid your out of luck. VBA is only in the US (possible Canada as well?)

I Just want to attach that paypal to a website to withdraw money, Not ebay..
