$500 withdrawal limit?

My limit is $500 a month

I need 2 of 3

I do have a BA linked and confirmed
I do have a DC linked
3rd would be ss#


Is there another way to withdraw money or is this a waiting period?

You might have your debit card connected but it is not linked.
If you have the debit card linked and confirmed that way your withdrawal limit will be removed.

You dont need to enter social.
You can confirm the card and it will lift the limits
Go to paypal.com/mem-number
After confirming card, and hopefully bank is also verified
You will be able to withdraw any amount.

How can this still be down going on 3 days? I wonder if they're doing this randomly to new accounts so the only other option is to add your ss#

Theyre not doing things randomly - that's not the paypal way.
Your credit card is most likely the problem.
I would suggest using a Vanilla gift card to get this done.

Let me ask a different way.
When you gave PayPal the debit card, the address on the debit card and the address on the stealth paypal account match, letter for letter on everything.

Is this a real debit card or a gift card?

This may be some type of card that they do not accept. I would simply go grab a vanilla visa gift card and add it for this verification. Make sure you register the gift card (if it is an option) with the stealth name and address.

Another option to try. Log into paypal, click on wallet, click on classic site, click on update card, then it should give you an option to enter in the 4 digit validation code that they sent to your card statement.
