adding a new CC to paypal

hi there,

i had a credit card on a old suspeneded account but now that card got cancelled and reissued, so now i have a whole new card number and everything, is this safe to use on a new stealth account??? Thanks

No. It would fail the AVS checks.

so is it okay for me to open one bank account then go on to the website and open more current accounts with new sort codes and ibans and account numbers?
