Can I pay using debit card, but on the PP website, and have it shipped to me?
 

I want to buy a product from a vendor (not on Ebay),
but when I click "checkout," it goes to PP's website.

I'm not forced to pay using my PP balance,
and also I'm not forced to log into my PP account.

I can opt to use my real debit card,
and this is a tangible item that will be shipped to my real address.

Can PP still connect the dots
using my browser footprint and ip address,
which are associated with a stealth PP account?

I can understand if I'm logged into PP,
but in this case I'm simply on their website, logged out.

I can't imagine they track everyone who visits
their website even if not logged in.

You really really really need to open up your mind a little bit wider. I don't know how it goes in real life, but in "this" life, things goes beyond your imagination. In your specific case, it doesnt matter if you've logged out, but as long as you have their cookies planted into your browser, they can and will track you. Why do you think everyone here so concern about posting links thats on paypal's or ebay's site?

If you use a browser with CLEARED cookies you can proceed to pay for the item, instead of logging in look under where it asks you to login until you see pay with debit card, or pay without logging in. Try to pay that way

Keep in mind cards have to be clean (not used on paypal)
