What about paypal/ebay separation and new politicies.
 

How do you think that affected our accounts with the separation of ebay / paypal and new policies.
I tried to read the new policies but .......... there are many things that are not clear to me. I think that in Europe will put many more controls.
I dont know if in united states or other continents have the same politicies.

Nothing, the spilt will only effect those who dont know aspkin protocol

All agree that there will be little to no impact - at least in the short run.

I get the impression that in Spain can change something. I never received a confirmation call in years (ebay / paypal) ..... or a confirmation of address (ebay)
I have worked with multiple paypal / ebay accounts without adding bank account withou phone confirmation by years.
but I think in that sense it can change in Spain. Maybe it goes on par with other countries.
