Paypal phone verification, when adding new bank account
 

I got this security thing today, from PayPal.
I am trying to add a fresh new pnc bank account - to a 5 month old eBay account with sales and fb.


I tried to add a pnc bank account to paypal.
And got the "security check" (verify your account)

I need to add text or phone number.
What what happen when I try to input the original phone number (that was used to build the pp account???).
But I do not have access to that phone number?

Should I follow this method?:
