I'm running out of bank accounts!

If i open a few "personal" stealth paypal accounts do the 21 day holds apply forever or can they be eventually lifted.

No 21 day hold will not apply forever it will eventually get lifted after about 90 days sometimes sooner sometime later!

But usually the funds will come in around 7 to 14 days if you ship items fast!

Paypal is still holding my funds even after 90 days.

I've had different experiences lately, in UK market.

Starting off, all of my accounts had to wait 21 days.
After first month or so, some of the users only had to wait 14, but that become 10 days pretty quickly.
Now during 3rd month, it says 21 days, then PP shows 10 days and in reality, as soon as the customer leaves me feedback, I have the money available.

Once you pass 25/250$ ebay suggests to PayPal to release the 21 day hold.

Usually PayPal is only following eBays policy starting out. Now PayPal can always reintroduce the holds whenever they feel it's needed.

You must have 25 transactions, $250 worth of sales AND be selling for at least 90 days. However, this only pertains to ebay. You have to meet a whole different criteria for off-of-ebay sales, and the two do not affect each other.

What are the criteria for off ebay sales? And are they easier or harder to meet?

This is the requirements I have for an exclusively Et sy PP.

Meet these targets

Complete 5 successful sales.

Receive at least $150.00 in payments for goods.

Be a PayPal account holder in good standing for at least 60 days.
