Store Pickup at Walmart / Target w/ Stealth Paypal?

They obviously check ID but do they store ID information in their system? e.g., swipe driver's license to store info.

Most likely not, they don't have employee's who care that much.

do in-store pick up orders for Target routinely get cancelled? I am scared they might cancel it and take a week to refund my paypal account. I am using stealth paypal and going to use "authorized pickup" person to pick up. Please advise.

Try it. It's random. Lower amounts tend to go thru vs higher amounts.
