3rd party permissions with paypal question

When you revoke someone's permissions to your paypal account, do they receive an email or some sort of notification? Might be a tough one for someone here to answer. It seems like they must, right?

What do you mean by revoking someone's "permissions" to your PayPal account. Do you mean for recurring billing? Because, YES, they will be notified if that is what you mean.

If you meant something different, can you expand on the question a bit?
