Try To Add bank account an have to verify phone number
 

hi i have a 9 month old PP account i tried to add a bank account an i get the verify phone but no matter what phone i use it still says phone not registered in my name i try to call PP an do the automated system add but when i'm done with that it transfers me over to a rep now of course i no there gonna ask database questions witch i cant answer cause it's a steath account can anybody help me how can i get my account added

Do you have ANY WAY to access the phone number that you originally used to register the account?

This is one of the reasons we always recommend to keep the number active. I believe there are other ways around this as well. I would type "paypal add bank verify phone" into the search box to pull up the threads on this.

If you can get he original number back, that should work also.

i have tried to get the number back an i can't also Dmshark i also read the link you posted prior to posting my issue i called PP got the automated system an gave the account info after doing that it says please hold for a repersentive an like i said in my original post i cant talk with them an i know there gonna ask data base questions whitch i cant answer case it a Stealth account

Yea a couple times I tried that same thing happened to me, but as in that thread some have luck doing that method others dont

If u get we are transferring u to a rep than it doesn't work and that's where I hang up

thanks for everybody help i just emailed PP about the issue an they lifted the security check add my account nice
