You were limited for the the EU receiving limit, so you sent in ID.
They take around 5 days to look at that (if you are already at the limit), If you keep sending the ID in, your account falls back to the end of the queue again.
But you were then limited because of what you were selling, so this is a DIFFERENT limitation, so you have to give the id AGAIN and include other items they are asking for.
Once that is approved, your account will return to normal standing ( as long as you have passed the EU check as well.)
If you do not provide the ID etc.. for the 2nd limitation, you account will stay like this.
For your second limitation it takes around 24 hours for them to respond to the documents you submit. Uusually they send you an email asking for more information ( if needed) but the paypal account does not always update with this, so you need to keep checking your email. |
