paypal limited
 

hi my stealth paypal got limited for the things i sell (used car parts)
i sent them ID before it got limited
i now have £800 sitting in the paypal account

do i call them up and see what the problem is ? and be all nice and try get my paypal back up and also get my dosh ??

or do i just wait ???

If you sent the id in before it was limited for a different thing like lifting the receiving limit.
Then yes you need to attach it again to the limitation.

Unless it is limited for the receiving limit, then no you do not need to add it again.

i received a email saying im near my £2500 limit please send ID
which i did and then the statues of the case was in progress for them to check the id ......i checked my paypal address everyday to see if it had changed and on the 4 day the statues went back to (to do ) so i send my id off again then 2 days later they limited it due to what i sell??

sometimes paypal requests information to keep for themselves only, knowing well they are about to permanently suspend you

any additional information they receive helps with their goal to keep you away

If you have been limited asking for id and invoices etc.. You will have to supply all those details as well

please read my original post as it does say that i have sent the id

If they don't like what you sell and don't want your business then you will just have to accept it and withdraw your funds after 180 days.

You can try calling them, at this point you have nothing to lose.

I do i understand what you are saying.

You were limited for the the EU receiving limit, so you sent in ID.
They take around 5 days to look at that (if you are already at the limit), If you keep sending the ID in, your account falls back to the end of the queue again.

But you were then limited because of what you were selling, so this is a DIFFERENT limitation, so you have to give the id AGAIN and include other items they are asking for.

Once that is approved, your account will return to normal standing ( as long as you have passed the EU check as well.)

If you do not provide the ID etc.. for the 2nd limitation, you account will stay like this.

For your second limitation it takes around 24 hours for them to respond to the documents you submit. Uusually they send you an email asking for more information ( if needed) but the paypal account does not always update with this, so you need to keep checking your email.

Sounds like the OP has sent in the ID for EU Receiving limit, they have reviewed the info submitted but at the same time reviewed the account for items being sold and decided to terminate the account instead of doing a separate limitation to the EU limit.

2 birds one stone for PayPal.
