Old paypal NON-USA Issue!
 

Hello there.

I am having issues for around 2 months with this stealth account.
The account is from latin america, and it is verified, it had a bank and card all limits removed. Used it to sell on ebay around 2 years ago, but the main problem is the bank on the account, i removed it a few days ago because the debit card of that bank has expired and i cannot get another debit card so i removed the bank from paypal thinking that i will be able to use the funds that are on the account, but now every time i try to pay something or send to someone it gives me the error We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now.

I dont really know what to do, i tried the simple things waiting a few days and so on but it doesnt help. I can't contact paypal because i have lost the phone number that i used for this account because it's a really old account.

Is there any possible way to get the money or i am screwed?

Can you add back the bank account? I am not sure if that will allow you to send money, but it might be worth a try.

If all the information you have lost is your old phone number, you might want to call them as a last resort. If you still know the answers to the security questions and have all of the other information, they should allow you to spend the money. Just tell them you are switching banks and you need to know what to do to be able to send payments again.

Why can't you get another another card and why was the bank expired?

I can't get another bank because i had a us bank account linked to that paypal, and i dont live in us that's the reason i cant get a bank right now.
I have tried almost everything, the last thing that i can think of is calling paypal, but i will leave the account sit for a few more days and then call and see if i am lucky to have a good guy behind the phone line who can sort out this issue.

And yes i know the security answer's and stuff..so i hope they will help.

Anyone know's how to get a dedicated ip address VPN of latin america countries?
Because maybe that would solve my issue because i was using a vpn 2 years ago but that vpn is not working anymore it's down for more than 1 year.

Any help appreciated.

Um, have a think of what you are asking us.....

You want to get funds out of an unused account that has had no activity for some time but some info is missing?

Can you be 100% sure the info you have will be enough to prove to pay pal you are the account holder?

Think most carefully of what story you give them. For me, I might not consider reusing a VPN.

Time to think carefully to get these funds,imo.

I know the info i stated it above, i have all security questions card info, bank info, except the bank is removed. The other info are unchanged since i registered that paypal. At the moment i am not considering contacting paypal, because they might ask for documents and i can't provide because it's a stealth account. I used ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address ⊗⊗⊗⊗ country.
If they ask for documents and limit me i will have to wait until 180 days pass and i will have to get a US bank account which costs me a lot of money.
And there is another problem, if i email them and they decide to call the phone number is not working anymore so i will be RE-screwed LOL.

I asked here if you know any other site like 24vc that is offering us IP, that provides dedicated ip of latin america countries.

I am sorry if i am not clear enough, but i am trying my best!

Which country VPN do you need? 24vc recently added more countries to the fresh plan:

But what will you do when pay pal reject your approach?

I am trying to layout the point you may need to rethink the plan.

@123, the country that i need is argentina. I just checket 24vc there is no argentina ip, thanks though.

@GB, can you tell me the worst case scenario?
Can it go worst than waiting 180 days?

USUALLY worst case is 180 days but there are cases of indefinite holds....pending ID verification (rare but it does happen)

I hope not.. i cant even send $5 from it without asking for verification through call/sms.
I will have to wait until i get a dedicated ip from argentina somehow, and then login in and log out daily for a couple of weeks before i try to send any payment again.
I had an issue like this a few months ago and that solved it, but now the problem is the ip.
I dont want to get a public vpn ip because that will make it even worse, i need an ip that has never been used on paypal and that's hard to get in a country like argentina.

I will update here if i manage to get the funds out from this account!

Just wanted to update this thread.
I have managed to get the money from this account through another stealth account, it took me time but in the end i got the money without getting limited and having to wait 180 days. I just had to build cookies, i logged in and out for around 2 weeks without trying to send any payment, always from the same ip, fresh dedicated ip. Then after 2 weeks i tried to send $200 and it went through then i sent multiple payments to the same stealth account not big amounts all under $400 until i drained that account.

I hope this helps other users that have the same issue.
