Paypal Limitations Asking Information?
 

Hi so I had a paypal account couple of years old. I didnt use it for a while and started using it. I had recieved a message now from paypal saying I need to provide them with invoices and photo id and tracking number of the items being delivered to the buyer. My question here is has anyone had this issue and provided this information to paypal and removed the limitations or should I just ignore this account and create a new account?

If I create a new account on the same computer can it be linked to the old paypal account since I used this computer to login to the old paypal. I will make it using a new user account on windows?
Can anybody let me know please

Are you using the PayPal with an Ebay Account? or Stand Alone?

Hi MM it being used alone. Not using it with ebay. I sell different items on different websites.
