PayPal to Bank Withdrawal around 11:00PM
 

Hey Aspkin Family,

I initiated a PayPal withdrawal at 11:32PM today. So after 24-72 hours when PayPal send the funds to my Bank Saturday or Monday around 11:00PM will it be in my Bank Account in the morning? I am asking this because it will be so close to the next day (12:00AM) when the transfer say "Complete". Have someone ever initiated a Bank Transfer around that time and it showed up on your bank account the next day or Monday? I had another PayPal account in the past with the same bank and it always showed up the next day after completed on before Friday but I always requested a transfer before 8PM.


Another question... My PayPal account is 2 years old. This will be my first withdrawal. Its around $400. Will the funds be pending for 24 hours or 72 hours? Do the 72 hour pending happen with old accounts as well or just new accounts?

Deposits do not hit any banks on a Saturday.

Will it matter if it shows up on Monday or Tuesday?


1st, 2nd, 4th Account....still going to take 2-3 days.

Depends on your bank's Clearing House times.


Be prepared for review of a first transfer with pay pal.

It all depends on your bank. My best guess is that it will hit MONDAY MORNING. But that is if the bank processes these transfers immediately upon receipt. I doubt it will get there tomorrow morning. While I HAVE had my bank deposits show up on a Saturday, you did this too late in the day for it to hit on Saturday IN MY OPINION.

It could also show up on Tuesday if your bank is slower at processing these.

If there has been any issue with your PayPal account, then all bets are off. But the amount IS reasonable, the account IS older and I don't think that a review is guaranteed, although it COULD happen. Greenbean is correct (of course) but I think any review would happen in the background, rather than it turning into some sort of a hold, so if there is a review it will probably happen on the weekend.

This is also assuming that the $400 is coming from an on-eBay transaction where the items sold were NOT considered high risk. If you sold a Louis Vuitton handbag, Disney DVD's, the P90X, diamonds, gold, or anything else like that, then you can probably expect a full-fledged review.

Anyway, you will know in a few days. After a few withdrawals, you will be able to predict when they will hit your bank. PayPal may not be the BEST processor on earth, but they are fairly consistent.
