Best way to get a new PP account?
 

I need an new PP account, since my previous one as problems; besides, I don't like my personal info associated with PP. Could I just create a new account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info, then get VCC to verify it? Or do i need to buy a PP account altogether?
Any tips on doing what I mentioned?

You can either buy a PayPal from the approved sellers here or make one yourself and follow all the stealth rules

Opening a paypal is the simple part.
Making sure it does not get linked to your previous accounts is the challenge.
Make sure you know how to properly use all stealth techniques to avoid getting linked and you can get it done.

Thanks for your answers, and for the warm welcome to the forums! If I changed my IP adress and used different info, including a VCC bought on the forums, would I still risk being limited?
What if I buy an account, would I still need to take any stealth precautions?
