how can i remove limits on a stealth paypal, needs me to verify address etc how can i do this?

Proof of address is asking for a ID or utility bill or something that comes to your house with your name on it? If so i can point you in the right direction!

bills and address are easy to provide...im not sure how bossman can bypass the I.D/passport documents... I've read that they do check those driver license number and even scan the back as well. Doesn't hurt to try on those accounts that are limited with 0 balance. :)
