Verifing U.S Paypal Account with ING and others
 

Hello,
I'v read among a lot of threads here and didn't found an answer
How do you guys Verify U.S Paypal with ING and similar services?
I added the CC to my Paypal and now need a Bank Account to add and verify
I just opened an account with ING and seems they won't activate my bank account unless I confirm another bank account with it!
All Access won't activate it unless I get and activate my card
AccountNow won't activate it before I get and verify my account!

How do you guys generate your Bank Accounts to verify Paypal??
I need to verify many U.S based Paypal Accounts and All being opened and confirmed the CCs I filled with, just remains the Bank Accounts

Please add your location to your account here.
eBay/Paypal rules vari by country.
Go to your "User CP" and list your location.
This helps since eBay/Paypal Rules are different by country.

After ALL the threads you say you have read saying over and over and over to NOT use ING as a bank account for Paypal.
Then you opened a ING account for you Paypal account?
Did I read your post correctly?

You got to have eather A. a REAL bank account attched to the ING account

or
B. A debit card like All access or accountnow that accepts both INCOMEING and OUTGOING ACH transactions.

Also when u use ing make sure your names on paypal matchs on ing or ing will close your account over time.

I added my Location, I am basically from Egypt in fact not U.S ... Paypal do NOT offer any services at all to Egypt so I open them as from U.S
Yes you read my post correct, I came to this thread during my search before I use ING: aspkin.com/forums/paypal-talk/4318-ing-appears-good-again.html and came to no new thread says otherwise



as I stated above, I am from Egypt NOT U.S so I use a new U.S information, ING and All-Access detected my info as new and declined my order
any other option that may accept them? AccountNow accepted them, Paypal successfully deposited the 2 amounts to my Account Now bank account but I can't find them in my account, any help with that or any other alternative??

Both sells Virtual U.S Bank Accounts for Paypal Verification purpose only, I need JUST to verify the account to use Secure Cards, I won't: Send Money - Receive Money - Withdraw Money - Link to eBay ...etc, I'll just fund them and use the funds for Secure Cards, that's all
any solution?
