Disputing payment with Paypal from Entropay
 

Paypal charged my VCC twice and i contacted entropay and got this response




Dear Garrett,

I have prepared a dispute form for you to sign, date and return to us for processing.


Please try to send any completed dispute form as a PDF as the bank will need to fax it to Visa.

I have deleted the Virtual Card ************8875 and any balance will be transferred to your default card ****6137.
I can also see that your account was accessed from a UK IP address on the day of the transaction. If this was not you, please change your password immediately.

The only issue is these details aren't in my stealth name!! I am a bit confused. What Should i do?

Why would you EVER expect anything for entropay to be in a stealth name?

You only ever use your real ID.
