Dilemma because of new issue
 

I have 2-3 Paypal accounts that were just recently locked out because of verification purposes related to the newest issues with SSN requirement both for business and premiere.

Since the Ebay and Paypal split, would that be safe enough to attach a new Paypal of another name? Has anyone done this in the past?

Also I have good Paypal and EBay accounts running however the PP accounts are US and I will eventually lose them (unless I dont go overlimit or projection potential), which is not what I planned to use the accounts but rather attach EIN and continue running them as business accounts.

the Paypal accounts I want to attach are from Canada as it is easier to maintain security measures but Ebay accounts are US based.

The ebay/PP split means nothing when it comes to daily operations. They still share all of this data. Its in both the companies' interest to continue doing so.
Attaching a new paypal to an ebay that was previously attached to one of your limited accounts will get it instantly linked as well. It wont get limited instantly though. They'll wait until you have funds in it before that happens.
With regards to adding the Canadian accounts - are your ebay accounts Canadian or from the US? because adding a Canadian paypal to a US ebay account wont work long term.

eBay accounts are all US based with high limits since I purchased them form sellers on this forum. But now I am kind of stuck in the middle of not being able to utilize the full limit potential.

As of now it is pointless to have a high limit account as they are requesting SSN in both cases.
