Paypal card being sent to stealth address
 

When you open an account with Paypal don't they send you out a paypal card.

If they do won't it go to your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address? How do you get around this. Can I add a neighbors address paypal as an alternate address?

PP has a debit mstrcard but they WILL verify your identity (SSN) before sending it out and ask for even more info again when you activate it if they do not like anything at all about your account. My sister had a totally legit account, ordered a card on it even though when she entered her (correct) SSN it kept saying they could not verify her identity. When it came in the mail and she went to activate it, BAM - limited til she sent in Driver's License and utility bill. Since it was a legit account with real details it was no problem (other than being a pain to send the stuff in) and it took a couple of days to verify before all was well on it - but with ste/alth this could be disastrous. They will NOT give you a debit card without SSN due to the Patriot Act (and whatever their own little rules/games are.)

Thank you, that makes sense. I just remember when I signed up for paypal in 2006 they sent me out a paypal card, when I registered with Ebay. Just couldn't remember what information I gave them back then. I was just afraid that they would send information to my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address and have it returned to them with "no one like that at this address or something similar". Does Paypal ever send any mail to your address when you first sign up.?

It is USA LAW that an SS is required to get a debit card.
Paypal will send you nothing.

You should not request this PP card - it does not play well with stealth.

Patriot Act is expired...they cant use that line anymore. :deadhorse:

Only some provisions, but not all. Wire taping and mobile metadata storage have expired, but i'm sure there will be other provisions to take their place in the near future.

Let's be real, I'm sure some ABC government officials are reading this right now. :spy:

They don't mail anything to your stealth address - not marketing or anything - and you can't get the card without valid SSN.
