Payments aren't going through
 

I receive a payment as friends and family. I wait 24 hours to send and it still isn't going through. Then I make the seller send an invoice and it still isn't going through. I call PayPal and they say there's been a security block. I have tried sending money from several accounts I come into the same scenario whats wrong?!??! How do I bypass this so the money can go through!!

when you receive money on a paypal accounts, sometimes paypal put a 'soft limit' on the account to protect themselves.

It will say something like ' we cannot process your request right now, please try again later'

It usually goes away after 72 hours.

even if you will wait for 100 years, you still can not send the payment...simply you are linked,,,
you will be able to buy from any website accepting paypal, but after few hours you will get limited ( there is 40% not to depend on how you build your account ), they will ask for ID, credit card statement , bank account statement and prove of address.

separating machines , ips, mac...etc wont stop pp from linking you,. because you are giving them a reason to do that.. your setup is not good
